Adrian Castro, who writes in the rhythmic Afro-Cuban/Caribbean tradition pioneered by Nicolás Guillén and Luis Pales Matos; Jan Sebon!, a Haitian-born poet, musican and painter, who has published two books of poetry, and is president of Koleksyon Kazak, Inc.; and Kiki Wainwright, a Haitian poet, vocalist, dancer and actor, and co-founder of the Miami branch of Sosyete Koukouy will perform their poetry backed by a multi-national group of Miami-based jazz musicians.
